Deborah Bennett Berecz
Deb has been a mediator since 1995, and collaborative practice was a natural progression in her practice as a family lawyer. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a law degree from Notre Dame. She has served as President of the Collaborative Practice Institute of Michigan (CPIM) and Chair of the ADR Section of the State Bar of Michigan.

Peter has been helping couples and families as a clinical psychologist for over 35 years. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in social relations from Harvard College and his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Fuller Seminary's Graduate School of Psychology. Peter is trained as a divorce mediator and a Collaborative divorce coach and child specialist. Susan Wilson Keener
Sue is an attorney with over 28 years of experience. Her practice focuses on Collaborative law and mediation. Years ago, Sue was struck by her clients’ frustration over the inability of traditional divorce litigation to address the issues they deemed most important and healthier options for re-structuring relationships in divorce. She began to focus her efforts on processes and skills which integrate her own values and life perspectives with her work as a lawyer for transitioning families and a trainer for other professionals in Collaborative Practice to spread the word about alternative options. Randall L. Velzen
Randy has been practicing law since graduating from Notre Dame Law School in 1978. After practicing traditional litigation for many years, Randy obtained mediation and Collaborative Practice training. These processes have proven far more satisfying to him and his clients. Randy serves on the Board of Directors for the Collaborative Practice Institute of Michigan. Dennis J. De Kok
Dennis was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan and has lived in the Grand Rapids area for most of his life. He attended Central Michigan University, graduating with a B.S. in Business Administration in 1998.
Dennis has been working in the financial services industry since 1997. He works with individuals and families to help them achieve their long-term objectives. Comprehensive financial planning is the cornerstone of his practice; helping families achieve their dreams is a source of great pleasure for Dennis.
Dennis is uniquely qualified to work with clients that are going through a divorce and tailor a financial divorce plan that will address their short and long-term needs.
